In the 20th season of his iconic career, it was only fitting that LeBron James’ first-ever 20-20 game got the Los Angeles Lakers one step closer to the semifinals. Trailing the Memphis Grizzlies by two points in the closing seconds of Game 4 of the First Round, James rumbled toward the basket and converted a driving layup in traffic with less than a second to play to send the game to overtime. The seventh-seeded Lakers ultimately took a commanding 3-1 series lead behind James’ 22 points, 20 rebounds and seven assists in the 117-111 triumph on April 24, 2023.
