Timing his jump to perfection, the three-time All-Star hunts his way into an ill-advised passing lane, chasing it down for a steal before racing out in transition for the game-clinching jam, firing up the entire arena in the process. In surviving the San Antonio Spurs’ considerable effort, Sabonis was predictably brilliant, finishing with an eye-opening 31 points, 17 rebounds, nine assists, one steal, one block, and a 3-pointer on March 7, 2024.
