Creating a “Mount Rushmore” of NBA history’s greatest 3-point shooters often requires a consideration of factors such as efficiency, shot difficulty, and clutch gene, among plenty others. If one were looking for a player capable of blending each of those categories into a Hall of Fame-like mixture, they need not look any further than Damian Lillard.
