Tyrese Maxey

Tyrese Maxey has always been a blur on his way to the hoop but the breakout sophomore has added a bona fide step-back to his already potent offensive repertoire. Just when the defender thinks he's in position to cut off a drive, Maxey crosses his dribble over to his right to create the space, then steps back to fire off a clean look over an outstretched Kyle Kuzma. Maxey dropped 22 points, eight rebounds and seven assists in the February 2, 2022 contest.
