In his first home game following a long injury absence, Steph Curry gave the fans their money’s worth. An All-Star for the ninth time in 2023, Curry was especially clutch in the fourth quarter and overtime against the Milwaukee Bucks, hitting three huge 3-pointers in the final two minutes of regulation, including one that tied the score with 19 seconds left. Curry then preserved the tie and sent the game to the extra session when he landed a critical block on Jrue Holiday’s driving layup attempt. Of course, Curry wasn’t done as he nailed an overtime trey that put the game out of reach — his 36 points, six rebounds, four assists, two steals and six triples guided the Golden State Warriors to a 125-116 win on March 11, 2023. The four-time champion became the all-time Warriors leader in field goals made in 2023 while also tying an NBA record with his seventh 50-point game after the age of 30.
