Immanuel Quickley

Without Jalen Brunson in the fold, Immanuel Quickley did a fine job emulating his absent teammate. In a marathon thriller against the Boston Celtics, Quickley stepped into the starting lineup and lit it up for the New York Knicks on a strong drive into the lane before getting a friendly bounce on an underhand scoop shot off the glass. Quickley played a game-high 55 minutes and erupted for a career-best 38 points along with eight rebounds, seven assists, four steals and five three-pointers as New York prevailed 131-129 in double overtime on March 5, 2023.
