Clint Capela

Clint Capela and the Atlanta Hawks are locked in right on time. With the play-in tournament looming and the Hawks guaranteed a spot, Capela brought both style and energy on the defensive end as he dutifully clogged the paint against the Washington Wizards. Capela was ready when Jordan Goodwin opted for a drive to the rim, rising up for a possible block with his left arm while contorting his right behind his back for a no-look steal that required extra athleticism and flexibility. The veteran center tallied nine points, eight rebounds and three blocks in just 15 minutes of work as the Hawks cruised to a 134-116 victory on April 5, 2023.
