Swiveling her frame at the last possible moment, the two-time Defensive Player of the Year adjusts to a feed back to Breanna Stewart, sizing up an emphatic, possession-saving block-and-rebound sequence. Wilson, with a proven habit of erasing transition opportunities throughout the series, found rewards through the history books, becoming WNBA history’s fifth-ever player to record multiple five-block postseason tallies. No. 22’s generational season would come to a close in the Las Vegas Aces’ Game Four loss to the New York Liberty on October 6, 2024.
