Ja Morant

Ja Morant had plenty of unfinished business to tend to after missing Game 2. As the First Round playoff series between the Memphis Grizzlies and Los Angeles Lakers headed west for Game 3, Morant put together a fourth quarter for the ages. The two-time All-Star battered the Lakers from inside and out, burying four 3-pointers in six tries while also converting a dunk and multiple layups in traffic, two of which resulted in and-1 opportunities. Morant scored 22 straight points, shooting 9 for 12 in the final period for 24 of his game-high 45 points, which he paired with nine rebounds, 13 assists and six triples on April 22, 2023.
