Though, with its home crowd enjoying every minute of its late-game escape of the Chicago Bulls, a dagger from Caris LeVert proved to be quite powerful, too. A can’t-miss in Cleveland’s frenetically-paced offensive attack, LeVert, upon recognizing his teammate’s steal, redrifts his path towards the offensive side of the floor. The sequence accurately described Cleveland’s win on November 15, 2024, as they drained 21 3-pointers, forced 17 turnovers, and undoubtedly of most importance, became just league history’s sixth team to begin an NBA season at 14-0. LeVert, brilliant in guiding the second unit, recorded 22 points (on 7-of-10 shooting) alongside a three-rebound, eight-assist, three-triple complement.
