Domantas Sabonis

Domantas Sabonis was named to his first All-NBA team after leading the league with 65 double-doubles and a 12.3 rebounds per game average. The seventh-year forward also shot 61.5 percent from the field and dished out 7.3 assists per game — both career-bests — while putting up 19.1 points a night to earn his third All-Star selection in four years. Sabonis recorded four games of at least 20 points and 20 rebounds, and his 14 triple-doubles were second-best in the league while being one of just three players to log 10 or more during the 2022-23 season. He tallied 19 points, 15 rebounds and a career-high 16 assists in a win over the Houston Rockets on January 13, becoming the first Kings player since 1965 to log a 15-15-15 game. Sabonis and teammate De’Aaron Fox’s inclusion on the Third Team marked the first time since the Kings moved to Sacramento in 1985 that multiple players on the team were named to All-NBA squads.
