Suddenly thrust into a duel between two Wild West powerhouses, the veteran guard gets to work, maneuvering through a pair of screens until an avenue opens up. Finally free to hoist, Morris uses a quick between-the-legs to freeze the environment in place before draining a 3-pointer from 29-feet away, his first bucket as a member of the Minnesota Timberwolves. Morris’ debut afforded the opportunity to do a little bit of everything, as he contributed five points, two rebounds, two assists, one steal, one block, and a 3-pointer in 18 minutes, helping ensure a convincing win over the Los Angeles Clippers on February 12, 2024.
